Thank you, William,

I am not saying that there are no objections.
I think that there are a great many residents in Fittie that may feel that a 
premises selling alcohol until 1am in a residential area is a bridge too far.
The attendant traffic running up and down New Pier Road (Access Only) and noise 
of revellers leaving the premises after 1am alone may cause for concern.

What I am saying is that I am unable to canvass opinion right now. Anyone else 
is welcome to do so!
