Please find attached again the updated Planning Application - Consultation
Responses for:
- 180900/DPP - Use of Double-Decker Bus as Cafe (Class 3) with associated
hot-food takeaway and seating area (retrospective), Beach Boulevard.
Recommendation: Objection
- 180962/DPP - Demolition of existing workshop and erection of 2 detached
dwellings, 38 - 40 Merkland Road.
Recommendation: Concerns raised and advice provided
The '180962 - 2 Detached Dwellings' application has been updated to include
comments received from nearby residents, as has been shared by members of
Community Council.
The Consultation Responses are due to be sent in by William by 5pm on Friday,
5th July to ensure that we are able to send in the responses by the provided
consultation dates.
Thank you again to everyone and I shall be sure to prepare drafts responses to
the other priority Planning Applications in the weeks ahead, in time for their
respective consultation response dates.
