Good evening everyone,
From the most recent meeting of the Castlehill and Pittodrie Community Council,
please find attached and included draft responses to:
- 180900/DPP - Use of Double-Decker Bus as Cafe (Class 3) with associated
hot-food takeaway and seating area (retrospective), Beach Boulevard.
Recommendation: Objection
- 180962/DPP - Demolition of existing workshop and erection of 2 detached
dwellings, 38 - 40 Merkland Road.
Recommendation: Concerns raised and advice provided
- There are also currently applications for Union Square Train Station,
Blackfriar's Signage and Beach Retail Park Cafe that I shall endeavour to
prepare drafts for in the weeks ahead, based on discussion at meetings and
views from residents.
If anyone has any views or recommendations on the applications I would also
very much welcome your contribution, as I am certain William would as our
Planning and Licensing Liaison and shall endeavour to make sure it is included
in the response.
If it would be possible to let us know by the conclusion of this week to ensure
that we are able to send in the responses by the provided consultation dates.
Thank you to William for keeping us up to date with the applications and to
everyone for all of your contribution in all that we do with and for our
communities.
Sincerely,
Jonathan
