I'm on a job replacing over a hundred fluorescent light fixtures with more
efficient LED lighting and have dozens of good 4 foot 32 watt fluorescent
tubes, both warm white (2900K) and neutral/cool white (3500K to 3900K) as well
as their working single-tube electronic ballasts. All of these tubes are in
good condition with no dark or black ends (which would indicate old age, or
soon to fail).
If anyone wants any of these for free, I would rather see them used than thrown
away. I am going to give what's left to the Austin Habitat for Humanity
Restore.
