Ah cool. I got a bit nervous. I don’t properly test the webpage or email
features… primarily because doing it the right was is a ton of work… like
verifying things look good on all types of phones, tablets, etc.
Glad to hear all is well.
Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt and everyone,
You are correct and my sincere apologies… my brain is clearly maxed out. The
replyto: address is still covna@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:covna@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>, but
sender addresses are now clearly at top.

Hey Nelly,
I’m a bit confused so I’m probably not seeing what you are. Can you send me a
screenshot of what you are seeing?
I disabled this “Anonymity Feature” back in March of 2015 despite my
predecessor’s protests. It turned out the concerns with disabling the feature
weren’t even valid.
Here illustrates the change: https://www.freelists.org/archive/covna/03-2015
Here is the screenshot from your latest email (note your email address):

You can also pursue the rest of the emails in the Archive:
https://www.freelists.org/archive/covna. I wasn’t able to see an “covna” ;
sender since we made the change.
Thanks,
Matt

I think Matt can answer your question. I know he is traveling for work right
now, so he might be a little delayed in responding.
Thanks,

Hey guys,
I think we have had this discussion before, but bringing it up again to see if
we still feel the same way about it. Is it possible to make the emails on the
distribution list have the sender email address instead of the
coven@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:coven@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>? It might create a better sense
of accountability in those few instances when things get weird and would make
it easier for folks to take convos to take convos off-group.
I am remembering that there may have been reasons why not, but not remembering
at this point.
Thanks,
