Fixed the calendar page, now up to November is online. In the future,=20
just name each new calendar "MONTH_2002.pdf" and throw it in the=20
'calendar' folder, the links are already there...
so December would be "DECEMBER_2002.pdf" for example...
Banner will be fixed shortly...
