Good Evening Everyone,

I hope this email finds everyone well!

ERG NEWS:  I wanted to provide an update on the FAITH ERG integration as many
of you have asked questions.   I met with the diversity team last week.  We
will be starting the formal integration and design of the official ERG post
spring break.  This will likely take 4-6 months to complete.  Many of you have
asked questions about whether it will be Christian only etc.  I do not have
specific answers yet however will communicate to the group when I do.  What we
originally proposed in the first attempt to formalize was a broad faith based
ERG open to all faiths/religions with specific umbrellas under each one for
different types of religions.  There are many things that we can collaborate on
as a multi-faith ERG such as training/education, community service etc.  That
being said, obviously most other activities will be unique to each individual
religion.  Again, nothing has been decided nor formalized and I will be part of
a larger team which will provide input.  I will keep you all posted as the
progress is made and we will continue to operate Connected in Christ as an
employee interest group.  The FB page, onsite prayer events etc. will continue.
Please be in prayer as this moves forward.

COMMUNICATION NEWS:  Special thanks to Paul Bowman as we now have a new tool
back up and running for prayer requests to the group.  Many of you have been
asking to get this back and we now have it!
Great news!  We identified a solution that will allow the group to communicate
in the manner previously used.

NOTE: There are 600+ members in this group who may need prayer, so we need to
give everyone a few reminders:
PLEASE  DO use the BCC line if you submit prayer requests,  this way others
won't unintentionally reply to the group.
Please DO NOT reply to all with your support for the prayer requests. PLEASE DO
feel free to reply to the person who submitted request in support.
You may also turn on digest mode so that you receive consolidated requests (see
instructions below) if the emails become overwhelming

To submit a prayer request:

*         Simply send an email to
ConnectedinChrist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ConnectedinChrist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> and the
whole prayer group will receive it!

Few Reminders

*         Best practice is to put
ConnectedinChrist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ConnectedinChrist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> in the
BCC  field so that others don't unintentionally reply all to the group.

*         There are over 600 members so if you receive too many emails you can
turn on "digest mode" by going here:
