[configi] Plans for 0.9.8

Hello to the crowd,
I see two subscribers to the mailing list. As they say, two is company
and three's a crowd.
Possibly importing Lustache[1] and dkjson[2] to improve the templating
module. I'm unhappy on how variables are passed to the promise body so
I'll look into that.
I'll also start investigating into integrating VCS into the pull
system. If Configi does go this route it will be probably be Fossil[3]
doing the VCS part.
