[CTS] Won't Defrag

I defrag my computer often with no problems. I just went to do it now and
it won't defrag. It takes about 5 minutes for it to start then it goes to
1% then back to 0% and keeps trying to start over. I'm running WinMe and
turned off everything running in the background. Any ideas?
