[CTS] RAM

I just added a strip of memory to my computer and when I reboot it's not
recognized. I feel it's in secure and the ends locked in tightly. Is it
possible I got bad RAM? Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated. Since
this is the first time I've done this I thought maybe I missed something.
