I've been a lurker for a long time, very infrequently participating in
discussions, however, a number of this group maybe interested in the
following link, regarding Microsoft and Microsoft Windows programs.
Several years ago John Madden and I got into a heated discussion regarding
the Windows vs Linux situation. I haven't seen John participating in this
group and I understand he recently got married.
I've been a Microsoft user for many years and, of course, made a case as to
why Windows is a better operating system.
After reading the link below, I may have some lingering doubts as to the
control that Microsoft may have on individuals, companies, and governments.
I found this article very interesting. It is long but well worth the time
to read it and digest what the author has discovered.
