I'm pleased to announce that our first release candidate for ComiXed 0.7 is
now available!
All features are currently marked as completed. The only pieces that are
pending are language translations, which should not affect the behavior of
the code.
The main areas of focus for this release were:
* upgrade Java dependency to Java 12,
* additional language support (Portuguese, Spanish, French),
* library consolidation,
* comics can be converted to other encodings,
* undelete comics marked for deletion,
* recording the files in a comic archive,
* image cache clearing from web application,
* initial plugin implementation,
* improvements to the tasks system,
* improvements to importing comics,
* readjusting the server code to be much more efficient and reliable,
* replace the scraper with an extensible codebase,
* performance improvements on scraping,
* logging web interactions (incomplete),
