I've created a PR for adding the comixed-messaging submodule:

This module will be used to add messaging behavior between the front
and back ends.
In the PR I've also started moving frontend pieces specific to
individual comics to a separate Angular module. Initially I only moved
the scan types and comic formats, which were previously being loaded
via messages. But to improve performance, I reverted the initial
loading back to being HTTP requests.
I'd appreciate some feedback and an approval on this PR. Thanks!
