I'd definitely expect to have some way to organize the tabs, either by
last accessed or created.
So I guess it would better to have a menu that shows them and, when
you open a reading list, we make it a tab? Then you can close it when
you're done and not clutter the real estate?

feature. That could lead to too many tabs down a user to easily navigate.
Note I’m imagining “tabs” would be similar to web browser tabs!
Could the most recent x tabs be shown, and all remaining be in a list? Of
course, there’s a question around sortability....would a user want / need to
be able to sort their lists somehow?

In that project, we had a need to show a variable number of groupings
of an aspect of the data (I can't give away too much detail on the
project). What we did was to provide a tabbed view where the first tab
shows all of the items, and each subsequent tab showed the subset of
items based on that tab. I hope that paints a simple enough picture.
So I'm thinking, would it work to do the same thing with the reading
lists? So, on the library page, there are three tabs, one for all
comics, one for selected comics and one for deleted comics. Then after
that is an additional tab for each reading list the user creates.
Do you think that might work? I think it would depend on how many
reading lists a user would have. Personally, I only ever created a
reading list for what I intend to read other than my new comics. And
when I was done, I'd delete the list.
Thoughts? Ideas?
