Looking at options for layouts etc – does this format (attached image, with pen
/ sharpie mark-ups) work?

I was thinking that initially, a user should be shown a welcome type page –
it’s reasonably sparse, just shows the :ComiXed menu, the application name and
version, with space for an RSS type feed which could be used to communicate
pertinent information – such as there’s a new build etc.

Based on my behaviour so far, I’d remove the log in / out buttons, and move the
commands to the ComiXed menu. I’m finding that that’s where I’m going
initially when trying to logout.

When on this page, the ComiXed menu would contain a login option and maybe
build information etc. If there was some way to add an “exit” function (that
shuts CX down completely), that’d be great – at the moment I need to close the
CMD window as well as the browser window.

If this format etc. works, I’ll move onto the other pages I’ve printed.
