We've got a LOT of features packed into this release, including:

* batch processing to improve performance during import, library
consolidation and recreating comics,
* reading list management (creating, editing, sharing), and
* blocked page management (creating, editing, sharing).
Also visual improvements and refactoring the server code for performance.
Now we need to have translations created for the various languages.
I've added english entries to all of the non-english translation files
to match new entries, and we need to have them translated. I'll remove
support for any language group for which we can't get translations.
I want to thank everybody, especially Frédéric for stepping up to do
PR reviews, for making this next release possible!
