I had created this ticket to simplify the code. I didn't see any use for
setting a page type, and I don't see any readers (beyond CR for Android)
that uses types: readers only seem to care about the page order in the
physical file.
If you have a reader that honors it, I'd be fine with deleting the PR. Can
you point it out to me?
