I'm so happy to announce that I've opened a PR to re-add creating reading
lists (issue#673):

This first PR lays the groundwork for rebuilding the feature set, by
letting users create and editing reading lists. Next steps are to enable
adding and removing comics and then doing a review of the OPDS code.
I would appreciate it if someone could take a look at my PR and give me
some feedback or an approval. Brucella's been carrying most of the PR
review load, and I'm sure he'd appreciate someone else stepping up to lend
a hand.
