There's another feature (#275) to re-implement the remove reading list
feature. I just haven't gotten to it yet since it needs a little thinking
through. What I'd like to do is have the user go to the reading list,
select the issues to remove from there and have a simple "Remove from list"
popup menu item. But I haven't figured out yet how to determine when the
menu is generated that the user is on a reading list.

I will only add bug fixes to the that branch as we get it ready for
