I put up a new PR for issue #955 this morning:

This should be the last feature for the release. It removed a few
items (scan type, comic format and page type) that weren't being used
by the code but which were causing some batch processing errors to
occur.
I'm hoping some of you had a chance to play with the rc.1 release. I'm
going to create an rc.2 tonight and, hopefully, it'll be stable
enough that we can promote it to a full release next week. If you find
any bugs, though, please post them here so we can get them fixed.
