If CV limits you to 200 calls/hour then that's only 4800 calls/day, or
about 150% of what Marvel allows for the same period. So I wonder if, with
caching, that's not a viable source then? People can always ask for the
rate to be increased, right?

I’ve been doing some reading... it seems comicvine now supports 200 calls
per hour with a maximum rate per second...

Marvel, on the other hand, enforces a limit that according to some docs is
1000 daily calls and according to some others is 3000.

Ooops... sorry I answered this under the issue in GitHub.

I played a little when it first came out, even tried to make a
correspondence with comicvine ids. But at the time the number of api hits
was too limited to be useful for a scraper...

Has anybody played around with the Marvel developer APIs? Having just
wrapped up the coding on the scraping code, I'm thinking about adding an
implementation of the scraping code that supports them.
