I've pushed the first PR for adding plugin support (yay!).
The PR doesn't actually run them, that's a separate issue (#370), only
loads what's defined from disk and sets up the plugin in memory.
I'll be doing more issues to integrate the plugins into the library (#370)
as well as letting administrators list the set of plugins (#372) and reload
the plugins without restarting the server (#373). But this is our first big
push towards getting plugins as a feature in the application. :D
