Announcements:
- Anti X 22 was released in October.
- We will be conducting classes for Linux newbies at the Warrior Healing
Center in the new year.
- We had one donated computer to a vet this last month bringing our
total to 78.
- We have also had one additional install bringing our total to 150.
- We are looking at getting polo shirts for the CLUG. They will come in
assorted colors and run between $22 and $28 each. More information will be
available at our next meeting.
Activity:
- Discussed messages that appear during boot on Ubuntu. They can safely
be ignored unless they appear as a warning.
- Distributed information on Linux, Ubuntu, and the local LUG to the new
attendees.
- Demonstrated how to install Ubuntu to one of the new attendees.
