ha. just spend the bucks on a copy of "Linux Server Hacks" by
Rob Flickenger. Jeff left an extra copy in the classroom and
that's where that thing came from. (See also man bootparam.)
-Get that copy of tomsrtbt Jeff mentions in the other post
and keep it handy. We used that in the Linux class and
that's a great piece of software.-
