O'Reilly is offering the opportunity to get a 1 year free Safari account. The only restriction is that you have to write a review of you experience. Safari is a web site that allows you to access over 2000 different books. You are given a bookshelf which can hold of to 10 books. You are given complete access to any book that is currently on your bookshelf. Every month you are allowed to remove a book from your bookshelf and add a new one. This means that over the course of a year, you can have complete online access to 120 different books. I have a Safari account myself that I've been paying for. Safari has been invaluable as a source of information when I've been teaching the Linux classes. My only problem is fighting the urge to upgrade my account to allow me to have more books on my bookshelf. If anyone is not familiar with O'Reilly books, they produce hundreds of different computer related books on a variety of different subjects. In my opinion, they publish some of the best books available on computer related subjects. If anyone is interested in getting a free Safari account, let me know. dentonj ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Wed, 28 Jan 2004 14:02:56 -0800 From: Marsee Henon <marsee@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: dentonj1@xxxxxxx Subject: User Group Members can "Go on Safari" with O'Reilly Hello User Group Leader, We are offering you a chance to "Go On Safari" with another cool promotion for the O'Reilly Network Safari Bookshelf.
