Declaration)*

*Where: Astana, Kazakhstan*

On 25-26 October 2018, the world will come together to renew a commitment
to strengthening primary health care to achieve Universal Health Coverage
and the Sustainable Development Goals. This commitment will be expressed in
a new Declaration on Primary Health Care. What should we, the global
community, commit to? *The call for comments is open until midnight CEST on
23 April*. From health care workers to patients, from young professionals
to civil society, from member states to international partners - we
encourage everyone to contribute their thoughts. It doesn't matter who you
are or where you are from, primary health care is important to us all.
