Dear Colleague,

We are writing to ask whether you would be interested in contributing an
article to AMEE MedEdPublish, an open-access, specialist practitioner
online e-journal.  The journal focuses on articles relevant to the field of
medical and healthcare professions education.  Published articles enter a
post-publication peer review process whereby a Panel of Reviewers and AMEE
MedEdPublish readers have an opportunity to review, comment and rate each
article which allows the health care professions education community an
opportunity to provide feedback and share expertise with colleagues at all
levels.

Between 1st October and 31st December 2016, AMEE MedEdPublish will be
having a quarterly themed issue on *‘Teaching Social and Behavioural
Science in Medicine’*.  This may be a topic you are particularly interested
in and, as the Theme Editors, we would welcome any previously unpublished
articles you may have on this theme. Submissions may include:

   1. Original articles
      - New research
      - Replication of previous studies
      - Studies with negative findings
      - Pilot studies
   2. Case studies
   3. Descriptions of new education methods or tools
   4. Practical tips and guidelines
   5. Personal views and opinion pieces
   6. Systematic reviews
