Hey Gordana,
There is a nice list of college OER initiatives here:

Hope it's helpful!

Subject: [clo_oer] OER for ESL
[EXTERNAL EMAIL] Please take caution when clicking links, opening attachments

Hi everyone,
Hope you are all keeping well and enjoying the warm weather!
I have posted this same request on a number of other OER lists and this may be
a repeat for some of you. I am working with our International dept on adopting
ESL OER for our programs. Unfortunately, I've hit a real roadblock regarding
the perception of quality. The person I've been discussing this with believes
that individuals creating OER content cannot compete with the publishers and
their content creators. I would like to refute this via examples of adoptions.
Do you have examples of OER use at your institutions that you would be willing
to share?
Thanks!
Gordana

Niagara College acknowledges the land on which we gather is the traditional
territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue
to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada
Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum
agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Métis, and
Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is
directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous peoples.
