China might have already beaten them to it. The difference is that the US
will build its botnet using its own machines, without the need for intruding
on other internet machines. China on the otherhand might have been letting
loose its cyberdogs of war and infecting countless unsuspecting machines to
become a part of its offensive botnet.
I just hope its not too late.
