Vigil will be permitted to live at this residence without being charged $700
monthly rent in exchange for his services as caretaker of this property
Mr. Vigil?s duties as caretaker of this property will include general
maintenance of the interior and exterior of the house, cleaning and organizing
of the contents of the garage located on this property in order that an estate
auction can eventually be held, cleaning and organizing the contents of the
storage shed located on this property, general maintenance of the yard, and
snow removal as needed.
