住在原房东这里的小伙伴，应童浩萱所说的，请大家准备以下几样东西，用来给律师朋友。
1、 机票。证明你何时来的波士顿。有原件的拍一下发给我（mfang@xxxxxxx），没有原件的找一下网上的记录给我个电子版凭证。
2、 住在这里的照片。证明你曾住在这里。
3、 过几天搬走时房子的照片，包括房间厨房客厅厕所等。证明你没有损坏什么东西。搬走时请收拾干净房间。
机票周末就搞定发给我吧。住处照片先拍，是否给我静候通知。

Hey guys!!!!!
This is simply a mailing list, which is excellent for group discussion and
announcement. Let me briefly introduce how it works if you have not heard about
it.
There is a server which handles and stores all our mail communications. Once a
person send her/his email to this server
(ckc_boston@xxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ckc_boston@xxxxxxxxxxxx>), this email will be
distributed to every subscriber (i.e. you guys). That makes every
communication, including your replies, visible to all the subscribers.
@_@ So how can I use it?
・ If you want to send everyone an email, simply write and send to
ckc_boston@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ckc_boston@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
・ If you have received an email and want to reply it, simply reply it.
Note that your reply will also go to everyone’s inbox, just the same as the
original one.
Hope this will help delivering important discussions and announcements among
us, though I do not know how often you check your email… O_O
