Standard.

I hope Casey doesn't mind, but I felt the new races were a bit lackluster (and 
in the case of the Troll somewhat broken with the completely unrestricted AC 
bonus) so I rebuilt them a bit for balance and to be more encouraging for 
players to use. I even built Racial Paragon Paths for their respective races by 
retooling equal levelled powers and racial paragon paths. Here they are for you 
consideration:
 
T’skrang
 
Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 Squares
Vision: Normal
Languages: Common (Western and Eastern), Draconic (T’Skrang)
Skill Bonuses: +2 Athletics, +2 Endurance
Smooth Swimmer: A T’skrang may swim its full speed instead of only half when 
making Athletics checks to swim.
Quick Recovery: +5 Racial Bonus to Saving Throws against Poison
Resist Infection: +4 Racial Bonus to Fortitude against Disease
Tail Trip: T’skrang have the Tail Trip racial power
 
Tail Trip – T’skrang Racial Power
Encounter
Immediate Reaction
Trigger: An adjacent enemy hits you with an attack
Target: The enemy that hit you
Attack: Dexterity +2 vs Reflex. Increase to +4 at 11th Level and +6 at 21st
Hit: Dexterity modifier damage and the target is knocked prone
 
Racial Paragon Path
 
T’skrang Swift Talker
Prerequisite: T’skrang
 
Path Features
 
Uncanny Linguist (11th Level): 
You gain the Linguist Feat even if you do not meet the prerequisites. You may 
not retrain this Feat. In addition, each time you choose a new Feat, either 
through retraining or gaining a level, you may ignore the prerequisites for the 
Linguist Feat.
 
Dodgy Action (11th Level):
Whenever you spend an action point to take an extra action, you also gain a +2 
bonus to AC and Reflex until the end of your next turn.
 
Talented Tumbler (16th Level):
You can stand up from prone as a free action on your turn instead of a move 
action. In addition, whenever you make an Acrobatics check to reduce the damage 
from a fall, reduce the damage by your check result instead of only half the 
result.
 
Tricky Shift – T’skrang Swift Talker Attack 11
Encounter – Weapon
Immediate Interrupt – Melee or Ranged Weapon
Trigger: An enemy enters a square adjacent to you
Effect: Before the attack, you may shift 1 square
Target: The triggering enemy
Attack: Dexterity vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage and the target grants combat advantage to 
you until the end of your next turn.
 
Shifty Slide – T’skrang Swift Talker Utility 12
Encounter
Move Action – Personal
Effect: Shift your speed
 
Trickster’s Tail – T’skrang Swift Talker Attack 20
Daily – Weapon
Standard Action – Melee or Ranged Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Dexterity vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage and you knock the target prone. If the 
target stands up before the end of your next turn, you can make a melee basic 
attack against it as an immediate interrupt if you are adjacent to it.
Miss: Half Damage
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, each time the target attacks you, you 
may shift one square as an immediate reaction.
 
Troll
 
Ability Scores +2 Strength, +2 Wisdom
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 Squares
Vision: Normal
Languages: Common (Eastern or Western), Giant (Troll)
Skill Bonuses: +2 History, +2 Insight
Thick Skin: You receive a +1 racial bonus to AC when you are not bloodied
Group Insight: You grant allies within 10 squares of you a +1 racial bonus to 
Insight checks
Shrug It Off: Trolls receive the Shrug It Off  Racial Power
 
Shrug It Off – Troll Racial Power
Encounter – Healing
Minor Action – Personal
Requirement: You must be bloodied
Effect: Spend a Healing Surge. Instead of regaining hit points, gain temporary 
hit points equal to your surge value
 
Racial Paragon Path
 
Honor Bound Giant
Prerequisite: Troll
 
Path Features
 
Meaning in Everything (11th Level): 
Your bonus to Insight Checks granted by your Group Insight racial trait equals 
your Wisdom modifier. In addition, allies within 10 Squares of you apply this 
bonus to all checks with Wisdom based skills in which you are trained.
 
Toughen Up (11th Level):
Whenever you spend an action point to take an extra action, you also gain 
temporary hit points equal to one half your level + your Wisdom modifier.
 
Troll Resilience (16th Level):
When you use your Shrug It Off racial power, you may make a saving throw 
against each effect that a save can end.
 
Brow Beat – Honor Bound Giant Attack 11
Encounter – Weapon
Standard Action – Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength of Wisdom vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2[W] + Strength or Wisdom modifier damage, and the target is dazed until 
the end of your next turn.
Special: When you gain this power, choose Strength or Wisdom as the ability you 
use when making attack and damage rolls with this power.
 
Brilliant Recovery – Honor Bound Giant Utility 12
Encounter - Healing
Minor Action – Personal
Effect: You gain a racial bonus to saving throws equal to your Wisdom modifier 
(minimum 1) until the start of your next turn.
 
Know Your Enemy – Honor Bound Giant Attack 20
Daily – Stance, Weapon
Standard Action – Melee or Ranged Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength of Wisdom vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + Strength of Wisdom modifier damage and you and each ally within 5 
squares of you gain a bonus to damage rolls against the target equal to 1 + 
your Wisdom modifier until the end of your next turn.
Miss: Half Damage
Effect: You assume the Insightful Stance. Until the Stance ends, you gain a 
bonus to either Fortitude, Reflex or Will equal to your Wisdom modifier 
(minimum 1).
Special: When you gain this power, choose Strength or Wisdom as the ability you 
use when making attack and damage rolls with this power.
