This position provides support for the day-to-day operations of the Hosting center. Provides 24 hour a day, 7 day a week support. Bachelors Degree in Computer Systems Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent education and experience required. Specialized training in computer systems administration, system administration and network administration required. 2-4 years experience supporting LAN/WAN applications including Windows 2000/NT Server and Citrix Metaframe. Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, distributed computing environments, and security administration required and a working knowledge of firewall and load balancing. Experience writing scripts and/or programs to automate tasks. Experience using and maintaining large-scale system management tools in an enterprise environment.
