Has there been discussion on committer agreements?

with clause 9 as something like:
9. The Foundation is presently an unincorporated not for profit association of
persons, this agreement is assignable to the intended and eventual legal entity
of the same or similar persons for the same or similar purpose(s) of the
founding of the Foundation.
