Yeah, I first assumed that "UST" was "Universal Standard Time", but I had never 
heard of it named that way before, so I looked it up and was appropriately 
amused. :-) The mischievous part of me wants to start using Ulaanbaatar 
Standard Time. :-P

I think he meant universal standard time, which should be Coordinated Universal
Time (UTC) which is almost identical to GMT see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTC
