The required "filing" is simply an email informing them of the URL to
download the code. There should be nothing implied about the status
of CipherShedS. I also said I cannot represent CipherShed, which of
course I can't, so the email only represents me. However, this seems
to be enough to cover all of us. Apparently, they would prefer to get
one email per URL, rather than one email per developer.
