-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Has anyone checked the USPTO Trademark Registry? I do know that it is online, presumably USPTO.gov. That is truly definitive and the standard for conflict is "possibility of confusion". Unlike Patents and Copyrights, Trademarks never expire. For example Apple Records (Beatles label) and Apple Computer were held not to conflict. Sadly I know almost nothing more about Trademark Law.
