I really only follow IAU (iShares Gold Trust),.
It was at 15.62 at close of business yesterday, but fell to 15.54 overnight.
No big deal, I saw that as a possibility that the markets were expected to
eke out a minor advance today.
Since then, the price has dropped to as low as 15.02, but has since staged
a minor comeback.
Did COVID-19 contaminate the world's gold reserves? 😁
Seriously, gold has always been seen as a store of value during bad
economic times.
