Thank you, Larry! Most interesting. I recall one year, it seemed almost
all the common dolphins I saw in the channel
had greenish, yellowish skin. I was worried about their health. One would
think algae looking coating on skin would be indicative
of warmer temperatures… such as scum on your garden bucket, not the other way
around!
I haven’t noticed the greenish yellowish tint since. This is very good
information to know; this coloration isn’t necessarily
a case of some awful plague or something.
