I use the spotter pro app but i can never get it to upload. Why?

To all CINC volunteers, While we await the Spotter Pro update please use the
Whale Alert on your phone (Apple or Android) … BUT only if you are not able to
use Spotter Pro that is on the CX and the 3 IPCO boats. The Spotter Pro App
works on the iPads since I have not updated the software on those devices.
