Cabrillo Blvd from the zoo down to the pier area will be closed today, Friday,
and tomorrow, Saturday for an old timers drag racing event. If you have whale
watching either day in SB, turn off into The Santa Barbara waterfront at Bath
St going north or Castillo St coming south. Large crowds and old cars expected!
