1500+ common dolphins
Very foggy and stayed that way almost the entire time . First pod of about 50
dolphins at about 10.45…the at least 3 or 4 bigger pods of 3-4 hundred over the
next 2 1/2 hours searching thru the fog for whales…at last at about 1 we came
upon a single dolphin who almost immediately did a huge lunge feeding within
50-75 yards….we followed him for about an hour before heading back with it
still being foggy almost all the way in. Had quest (about 85) from UK, Ireland,
France, Germany and Sweden…also had many guest from Texas, Michigan, DC and of
corse Santa Barbara…alll in all another good day :)
