Several mega pods of dolphins as we made our way to the area between SC & SR
but no luck on Humpbacks until we turned around and were heading back about
midway along SC Island, Then came upon 2 humpbacks that seemed high on
drugs…they would surface and take only 1 or 2 breaths then go back dow with not
much of a tail fluke and then come up far away again…we kept catching up and
spending what time we could with them before having to head home. Nevertheless,
passengers from UK, Swiss, Austria, Netherlands , Vermont, Alabama, Texas and
a few locals all seemed to enjoy the day….and a beautiful day on calm seas it
was :)
