[cinc] 12/ 26/2019 IPCO Islander on the first official Gray Whale trip

For the day AM & PM:   Whales: 0   Bottlenosed Dolphin: 2   Common Dolphin: 
maybe 1500, including one megapod of about 1000, & several other smaller pods.
It was a cold but beautiful day.  Visibility was forever & the snow on the 
mountains was amazing. The ocean was pretty choppy early but smoothed out 
during the day.  Where were the whales?  But the dolphins always save the day.
