The U.S. Fire Administration has received notice of the following
firefighter fatality:
Name: Thomas Frank Brown
Rank: Fire Specialist
Age: 55
Gender: Male
Status: Career
Years of Service: 28
Date of Incident: 12/18/2003
Time of Incident: 0800
Date of Death: 12/18/2003
Fire Department Name: Baltimore County Fire Department
Fire Department Address: 700 E. Joppa Road, Towson, MD 21286

Fire Department Chief: John J. Hohman
Cause of Death: Firefighter Brown went home on Wednesday, but did not
return for duty on Thursday. A Fire Captain went to his home and found
him dead from acute coronary syndrome.
Funeral Arrangements: Funeral was held 12/22/2003.
