firefighter fatality:

Status: Volunteer
Years of Service: 4
Date of Incident: 05/17/2004
Time of Incident: 1500hrs
Date of Death: 05/17/2004                       
Fire Department Name: Middle River Volunteer Ambulance Rescue Company   
Fire Department Address: 2000 Leland Ave., Middle River, MD 21220

Cause of Death: Firefighter/EMT Bornman became ill and died from a cause
still to be determined, possible heart attack, while assisting a patient
on a medical emergency call.
Viewing/Funeral Arrangements: Viewings will be held at Connolly's Funeral
Home, 300 Mace Avenue in Essex, MD Thursday, 5/20 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm for
family, immediate friends, and Company 52 & 22 members only. Thursday,
5/20 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm; Friday, 5/21 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm;
Friday, 5/21 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm open to all who wish to attend.  Full fire
department funeral on Saturday, 5/22 to start at 10:00 am with procession
and internment @ Dulany Valley Memorial Gardens. Any department or company
planning on attending or bringing apparatus, please contact us at
LODD52@xxxxxxxxxxx with number of personnel and apparatus.
