firefighter fatality:

Fire Department Chief: Michael White            
Cause of Death: Collapsed and died from an apparent heart attack at the
scene of a community center building fire.
Visitation Arrangements: Funeral arrangements are being handled by the
Miller, Rivers, Caulder Funeral Home ((843) 623-2449) in the town of
Chesterfield. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, April 24
from 6-8 p.m. The funeral home is located at 318 E. Main St. in downtown
Chesterfield.
Funeral Arrangements: The funeral will be held at the Chesterfield Baptist
Church at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 25. Interment will be at St. John
Freewill Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial Fund Contact and Address:      Memorial donations may be made in
memory of Lt. Bruce E. Rogers to the Chesterfield Baptist Church, 207 East
Main Street, Chesterfield, SC 29709; or to the Chesterfield Fire
Department, 112 Cotton St., PO Box 350, Chesterfield, SC 29709
