Firefighters collecting donations for dance

The Clinton Fire Department is knocking on doors in Clinton, asking for 
donations for the upcoming fundraiser. Pictured left to right, (back row): Bob

The Clinton Fire Department will hold its annual Fireman’s Dance on March 
20th at the Clinton Eagle’s Lodge, 220 N. Center. There will be a catfish and 
chicken dinner from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm, with a cost of $6.00 per person followed 
by the dance beginning at 8:00 p.m. and ending at 11:30 p.m. 
The dance tickets are free for a donation and are available at the fire 
department or from any Clinton fireman. 
The Clinton fireman are again walking the streets, asking for donations. 
As part of its annual fundraiser, the Clinton Fire Department is seeking your 
You may have seen the flashing lights of a fire engine in your neighborhood 
recently as the fireman have gone door to door asking for donations and giving 
out tickets to the Annual Fireman’s Dance. For the next two weeks, the 
fireman will be continuing their fundraiser on the streets.
