Hades stood by the door of Y-Kumi homeroom awaiting
the members of the science club. He?d been there since
the assembly ended and no one had come yet.
Ashura popped up behind Hades. His eye had stopped
swelling and was turning a nice shade of black & blue
underneath the layer of makeup. ?Is no one here yet
sir??
? I assume everyone left after the assembly. Perhaps I
should have made some mention when I spoke.?
?I don?t think it would have helped sir. The science
club was never that popular.?
?Hmmm?that?s to be expected I guess. These children
today, with their penny arcades and swing music?no
respect for the essence of the universe.?
?Yes sir.?
?With this kind of turnout I doubt I?ll need you here
to control this group. Ashura, go out to the building
and assist in readying the estate for my work.?
?Yes sir?
?And keep your eyes open. Some snoopy children seem to
be interested in the building. Make sure no one
enters. Who knows, you may get an opportunity to get
even with the rodent that did that to you.?
?With any luck sir.? Ashura bowed and left Hades to
stand by the door.
