I’m in — would everyone be comfortable using an event site to help us
consolidate everyone’s status for future events? I’m thinking Evite, Facebook,
or something? I’m fine with what we have, but am thinking about it from the
view of the ‘event coordinator’ and overall status. Just curious what y’all
think?

I got back in touch with the Village and they are very excited to have
us play. The plan would be for a downbeat of 5:00 pm and roughly 30 min
of music, we’re welcome to start earlier if we want.
The village will have carriage rides and hot chocolate starting at 4:30
pm, then we can start anytime after that, they want to say a few words
at 5:00, light the tree, then drop into some caroling at 5:15 or so.
